Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Creating promotional material, scheduling of social media posts and email campaigns
  • Proofread, format, and assemble marketing materials
  • Monitor and engage with digital leads to assist properties in driving traffic
  • Assist with marketing collateral requests (ticket request system-ordering promotional material) communicating with properties
  • Assist with market research, including identifying and analyzing competitors
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing sales data
  • Support the Company’s reputation by monitoring reviews and accuracy of community websites and social media programs
  • General office tasks, greeting, scheduling, data entry, organizing and other administrative tasks in supporting marketing and operational programs
  • Other projects as assigned
