Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Perform routine and emergency maintenance across multiple apartment communities
• Complete work orders for electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and appliance repairs
• Conduct inspections and identify potential issues before they become costly problems
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants ("make-readies"), including painting, cleaning, and repairs
• Work closely with Property Managers to prioritize and complete tasks efficiently
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including common areas and mechanical rooms
• Respond to on-call maintenance emergencies as scheduled (rotating on-call duty)

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• 2+ years of experience in general building maintenance, apartment maintenance, or a related trade
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and perform hands-on repairs with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• HVAC Certification (EPA Type I or II) preferred but not required Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks as needed
