The Floating Leasing Consultant does not have a designated home site but will travel between properties as needed. They will provide temporary support during peak leasing seasons, staff absences, vacations, or other operational needs.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Fill in for on-site Leasing Consultants during temporary absences
• Assist with lease-ups, renewals, resident relations, and daily operations
• Maintain compliance with company policies and property regulations
• Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the brand consistently across all locations

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• Experience in leasing and/or property management
• Ability to travel between multiple properties as needed
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new environments
