Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels (online job boards, social platforms, networking, etc.).
- Proactively organize and host job fairs, attend community events, and visit colleges to attract potential candidates.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in real estate or property management.
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Experience organizing and attending job fairs, community events, and college visits.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
