Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates through various channels (online job boards, social platforms, networking, etc.).
  • Proactively organize and host job fairs, attend community events, and visit colleges to attract potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and on-going relationship management.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in real estate or property management.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience organizing and attending job fairs, community events, and college visits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
