Executive Assistant

LR Management is a leading property management company specializing in multifamily housing with over 75 locations across Metro Detroit Area We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Executive Assistant to support our executive team in managing day-to-day operations and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide administrative support to the executive team including calendar management, and scheduling meetings
  2. Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  3. Assist in organizing and facilitating meetings, including preparing agendas and following up on action items.
  4. Manage and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses and appropriate delegation.
  5. Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations for executive meetings and strategic planning
  6. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
  2. Proven experience (5+ years) as an executive assistant or similar role, preferably in the property management or real estate industry.
  3. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  5. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  6. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment in all aspects of the job.
  7. Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and responsibilities.
  8. Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels.
  9. Proactive and resourceful problem-solving abilities.
  10. Knowledge of property management systems and software (e.g., Yardi, CRM) is a plus.
