Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Payscan Administrator to join our team and oversee the Payscan system, managing and optimizing payment processes for our diverse portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Payscan and Yardi software, ensuring seamless financial transactions and contributing to the overall success of our property management operations.

Key Responsibilities:Administer and maintain the Payscan system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing invoices, payments, and financial documentation.

• Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to resolve payment discrepancies and address any invoicing issues promptly.

• Perform regular audits and reconciliations to verify payment accuracy and adherence to company policies.

• Generate reports and analyze financial data to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Payscan-related inquiries and support for internal teams.

• Assist in the integration and optimization of Payscan and Yardi software platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Proven experience (3+ years) working with Payscan and Yardi software in a property management.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles, invoice processing, and financial controls.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications.

• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
