Leasing Consultants also support the Management office by assisting in a number of administrative tasks.

We are looking for a friendly, outgoing individual who has previous sales experience/retail sales experience as well as multi-family experience and who can offer thorough service to our renters.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Drive leasing performance during lease-up and stabilization
• Actively pre-lease upcoming availability
• Manage and work a daily waitlist
• Focus on leasing unnoticed, notice apartments, and hard-to-rent homes
• Proactively follow up on all leads, tours, and applications
• Deliver strong phone and in-person sales presentations
• Maintain accurate leasing records and traffic tracking
• Conduct high-energy tours that convert
• Collaborate with management and maintenance to ensure homes are move-in ready
• Execute creative outreach and marketing strategies

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• 1+ years of multifamily leasing experience
• Student housing leasing experience strongly preferred
• Proven ability to close leases and build occupancy quickly
• Excellent sales, organization, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, performance-driven environment
• Energetic, professional, and highly motivated
